Global Health Engagements are health stability operations conducted by the Department of Defense outside of the United States. In coordination with a foreign government or international organization, global health engagements establish, reconstitute, or maintain the health sector of a foreign country. Health engagement opportunities allow decision-makers to develop best practices and engagement principals that have a potential strategic impact in creating better health for respective populations, improved economies and ultimately security for a nation and it’s allied partners.
SWA provides complete support services to assist US Military Global Health Engagements. Seamlessly providing support from the project planning phase through execution at the Strategic, Operational-Strategic (GCC/COCOM), Operational-Tactical (Component), and Tactical (mission specific) levels.
Working with the US and its host nation, together we have the capacity to develop and improve indigenous public health systems.
